Sizing suggestions:

If your t shirt size is normally a Medium, I suggest going a size up on the pullover for a relaxed fit around the torso .

If you want a tailored fit and you're okay with the sleeves riding back a bit past where your watch will sit; which is behind watch knuckle, then a medium would fit just fine.
