Before you Shop
All adult sizes are subject to Unisex Sizing.
*If you want a fitted/somewhat tailor look and feel; go true-to-size.
If you like it baggy and loose, go a size up!
If you prefer it tight, go a size down.*
Shipping Details
Turnaround time is 15+ Days
We provide quality checks on all products before shipped out to the customer. If we find anything wrong with your order, we will reach out via Text or Email!
Return Policy
Our Return Policy is a 7-day window.
Please email { tapin@splashiceclothing.com } and submit photos/videos of the item(s) to start your request!!
'Item Rule':
Item(s) must be in the same condition that you've received it - unworn/unused, with tags attached, and its original packaging with proof of purchase aka your "packing slip".
We accept items for return or exchange once the email request has been sent within 7 days after the item was delivered.
'Policy in Detail'
If your request was approved, you will receive store credit issued in the form of a SIC Digi-Wallet for the amount you spent for the items returned.
All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
If you're requesting for an Exchange, the corrected item will be sent back with Free Shipping + tracking info as log as you follow the 'Item Rule'.
If we weren't contacted within the 7 day period, we will not accept your request.
Currently, all international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the unpredictable nature of local and international customs at this time.
'Fine Print'
Items sent back to us without emailing a request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and assess the issue promptly.
All SALE & CUSTOM iTEMS are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
