Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy.

We accept returned items for store credit within 7 days of the delivery date.

All returns/exchanges must be authorized via email before the item(s) can be accepted.

If your return request has been authorized, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you've received it, unworn/unused, with tags attached, and its original packaging + proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed in the form of Store Credit within 7-10 Business Days after we receive the return.

All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer. 

Once your item(s) has been reviewed & accepted, we will email and notify you that the amount will be issued back to you in a form of Store Credit (shipping not included). From there, you can use that store credit upon checkout towards your next order with us. Please remember it can take some time for the credit to be issued to your account.

If we are not contacted within the 7 day period, we will not accept your return request. 

Currently, all international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the unpredictable nature of local and international customs.

Items sent back to us without requesting a return and receiving authorization first, will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and assess the issue promptly.

 

On-Sale Items

Unfortunately, All sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges

 

Non-returnable items
Particular types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
