When does my order get processed and shipped? 
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 Business Days.

PreOrder/Exclusive Releases will have their own special instructions & delivery expectations per drop.

What if I need to make an exchange?

What if I ordered the wrong item and I already received it?

Email us at tapin@splashiceclothing.com and provide your order number and a photo of the garment you purchased. Then let us know what garment you wanted to receive instead.

What if I want to exchange my order for another item, but that item is not in stock?

If we do not have the item you desire in stock, we will issue you a refund in the form of store credit only for the item(s) purchased 



 How does most of your garments fit?

Unless specified on the individual product pages, vast majority of our garments are unisex and run true to size. Read the product descriptions on the product you’re interested to minimize the hassle of exchanges.
